Q1: What is your sample policy?
We can supply the free sample if we have ready parts in stock, we can send the free sample, but customers need to pay the courier cost.
If the sample need to open new mold, the customers need the pay the mold fee and courier cost, when you make the order to our factory, will refund the mold fee.
Q2: Can you produce according to the samples or drawing?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q3: How about your delivery time?
It will take 3-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of order.
Q4: What is you payment term?
T/T and Paypal, Western Union,Trade insurance.50% as deposit, and 50% balance payment before delivery.
Q5: How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
Q6: Are your factory or trading company?
We are proffesional manufacturer with our own factory. We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM services for clients around globe!
Q7: What is your mode of transportation,what is the transportation time?
DHL, UPS, TNT, federal, air transport, sea transportation, etc. Within 3 to 7 days of delivery by express, 5-10 working days of air transport, 20 to 30 days by sea.
Q8: how do you check all the goods on the production line?
We have on-site inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into the next production process.
Q9: What’s the order procedure?
First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM.
Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to pay full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the full payment, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

Generally, we pack our goods in pastic bag or box . If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
